Showing a 1 lb loss since last week, but I kinda figured this-did this my second week with girly issues AND started weights- I'll be happy with this measley pound :) Next week I expect BIGGER numbers!
300.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A pound is 3500 calories, which is a big number. Slow and steady but great job, keep it up. I always find that my body will stay at a certain weight for a while before I will drop a couple of pounds so we're fighting our body's need to maintain whatever weight we're at. Good luck!
