Boy if this is what losing 18 pounds looks like, I can't wait for 50. So glad after two months I'm finally starting to notice small changes in my body.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 February 2017:

@cybernurse tbh nothing crazy, I don't believe in fad diets, and I don't believe any food group or any kind of macro is evil. I just quit eating fast food (which is a huge difference because I was eating it usually at least once a day if not 2 or sometimes even 3) and am eating clean and counting calories. also started taking a once a week Pilates class. I'm also about to join a gym this week but haven't been yet.

Well done! What are you keeping your calorie count at or below usually?

Good job healthy eating is the est for me too.

@jennifertielking it actually varies a lot. Fat Secret suggests that my maintenance calories is 2700 and my weight loss calories is 2300 but I've been aiming to keep under 2000 every day, but it varies as low as 1500 on occasion to about 2100 regularly, and as much as like 3000 on my cheat days once every one to two weeks.

But I'd be horrified if I figured how many calories I used to eat... on my worst days, it'd be Bojangles for breakfast, McDonalds for lunch, and Chinese takeout for dinner. My calories on those especially bad days that I had probably once a week I'm sure were up near 6000, so 2000 has got to be a shock to my poor body.
