I usually dring alot of water (maybe 100 oz a day). Well yesterday I was at a basketball tournament for my daughters so I only drank about 1/4 or what I normally do (and it was over 90 degrees outside). My stomach was all bloated and I actually felt sick and had trouble sleeping. I think my body has gotten so used to tons of water, that it doesn't like it when I don't drink it. I think I'm addicted to water! :-)
