everything is going well. need to exercise more, drink more water...
278.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

know how that one goes only too well. its so hard to get the water in and really hard to get off the butt and exercise. you will get into the groove give yourself some time.
