Gain of 500g over the last few days, not concerned, I had a big loss the week before so I think this is my body adjusting, plus I have been slack with the exercise. Getting back on track as of right now!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1518 kcal Fat: 50.16g | Prot: 93.41g | Carb: 174.84g.   Breakfast: Green Tea, 2% Fat Milk, Oats, Quick Sachets - Creamy Honey. Lunch: Potato Chips, Cheese Slice - Extra Light, Coke Zero , Tomatoes, Deli Sliced Ham, Margarine, Multigrain Bread. Dinner: Crusty French Bread, Navels Oranges, Asparagus, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Cruskits - Light 98% fat free, Light Tuna Sandwich Style in Springwater, Honey Log. more...
