Aussie, 33 year old female. Married, no kids of my own but 3 step-kids (only 1 living with us - 19yr old female). 2 dogs.

Stumbled on this site through the iPhone app. Thought I'd give it a try, was a member of calorieking.com but wanted something more phone friendly.

2010 is a new year and I hope to get to 55kg (my start weight as of Jan is 82.5kg) it's a long term goal and I plan on taking it slow and steady with .5 - 1kg losses each week. I have my brothers wedding in December so that is added motivation.

On the right hand side you'll see "My Toolbox", if you choose 'my signature' you'll see an area that says 'add weight loss ticker', select option A and you're done. Smile

Are you a twitterer?
I just joined... not sure if I like it or not, it takes a bit of getting used to. I have to admit I prefer Facebook, but I'll stick with twitter for a little while longer - mostly to follow blogs and bands etc that I like.

Aussie looking for buddies
How bizarre is this... BEFORE I saw this post reply, I was looking at the members list of my challenge group. I noticed that you had a similar start and goal weight to myself, (plus we were in the same challenge), so I sent you a buddy request... then I pop over here to check out who replied to my post and wow! LOL

*edit - okay I've just realised that you probably replied to this post BECAUSE of the buddy request I sent. LOL I'm on night shift so I can blame 3am for my utter lack of common sense. Very Happy
