having a hard time again....cant seem to keep away from temptation...i have a good day then snuggle down on the sofa and stuff my face...im a complete failure to be honest.... i get on the scales and it shows i have put on and i get angry with myself but cant seem to do anything bout it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

I recommend using the food diary so you can really see the calorie content of what you're eating. I also recommend buying loads of fruit - I have a sweet tooth so I stock up on grapes and clementines (and make sure I brush my teeth!) I can't just not eat - so eating fruit helps keep my chocolate cravings less. Take it one day at a time - you'll get there.
