Beef Curry
1 lb ground beef
.25 lb Green Beans
.5 red bell pepper
1/2 lb riced cauliflower.
.5 yellow onion nutrition
3 cloves garlic.
1 teaspoon each of Tumeric, Curry, and ginger powder.
Salt to taste.
Fry hamburger. Set aside. Saute onions, garlic, green beans, bell pepper, riced cauliflower in hamburger fat. Add hamburger and seasonings and stir fry for a few minutes.
