Omg I'm so stuffed.............I only ate 1550 calories n its says I should eat 2100 but set my own limit to 1800 so still doing good but I could ate less at dinner n would feel better than now...I'm so upset with myself......need to exercise I haven't since the 18....uhhhhhhhhhh y.

Thanks for the positive comment. I took your advice and ate small portions of what my family ate. Then today I planned ahead and ate a healthy dinner. Don't worry about the exercise because tomorrow is a new day and you can do it then. : )
