All last night I felt horrible all the way up till about a hour ago I just felt like I wanted to vomit..I guess my stomach shrinked cuz it really couldn't eat that much n I over did it.......I didn't drink a full glass of water be4 eating like every1 should......it makes u feel full faster n makes u not really overheat....it really does work .....well we will see how the rest of the day goes....wish me luck haha
