Today we celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. Although I was down a pound this morning, I don't expect that result for a few days. The wife wanted nothing else but to go out for a hibachi meal, and as it was my celebration as well, I participated as well. Wonderful meal, with a diet drink and no dessert. I'll get back on plan tomorrow. I have taken my belt up another notch as well, and I found a gym that is open 24 hours a day that is on my way home, (very much appreciated since I usually get off work at 3:00am).
