Wellness with Peg's Journal, 21 January 2017

This is the second week of eating healthy. My weight remains the same. My goal is to loss some weight in the process.
I am having some crisis is my life right now,(daughter has cancer) but dealing with it. I don't feel as though it is affecting my eating choices but it must be. I have to focus more on my goal and don't let my personal life affect me.
