its amazing how good food tastes when you are truly hungry. 5 oz lean roast pork tenderloin, w/ sugar free fat free waldens bbq sauce (0 cal for the sauce) i med baked yam, medium side salad. total yum! yesterday i was worried because although i was under my calories for two days in a row by 200 each day i had no appetite. was nauseous. i think it was a medication side effect as i had a new blood pressure med rxd. today i feel better!
