Motivation is still strong; therefore, choices are made easily. However, we all know how motivated we start only to forget the reason for the goal. However, I am determined not to lose focus of the big picture and I will make a good choice on what I choose to fuel my body. My body operates at a much better level without all the sugar and high carb foods.
