Never started since my last journal entry. Figured New years would be good but nothing happened again. I'd start off doing a keto diet, but by the end of the night, i'd eat carbs for whatever reason and probably double my failures. What happened to the guy from last year? Every night I always think about why I didn't start today, but it's time to give it another shot. Writing down what I eat, my workout, logging everything! Here we go... again.
