Haven't had a chance to weight myself yet, but im down my second day of keto. I just finished making my meal for work tomorrow so I don't end up eating fast food. chicken, broccoli and mushrooms, with cucumber salad. I haven't been to the gym yet either, but I'll be going tomorrow after work. I always read that keto foods keeps you full, but today I got pretty hungry even after I ate a good breakfast. I think overall I'm under 20g of carbs a day. Heading to the doctor monday to talk about it as well. Dunno if I'm gonna log food, but maybe if I notice no weight loss, then I will to count calories as well. I'll end this off by mentioning how I've only eaten 1 or 2 small candy chews even though im surrounded by at least 25 pounds of candy in my room.
