Went to the gym on Wednesday (1/11/17) and played about 2 hours of racquetball with some friends.I figure this is a good way to get some cardio work in, while also making it fun. Last night (Thursday (1/12/17)), I did 5 sets of 100 jump on the jumprope.

Also, should I be weighing in every day? Every other day? Every week? Does anyone have any suggestions?
211.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Everything I have ready says to weigh in every week on the same day at the same hour because if you weigh in daily your weight will go up and down which can discourage you. I weigh in on Fridays as soon as I wake up and before I get in the shower cuz it's my cheat night meal :)
