So the new year begins and with it my schedule gets thrown completely haywire. From January through April I manage an income tax business and for the first 6 weeks of the year I am there almost 12 hours a day. It makes for eating well much more difficult. I worry that with the Atkins I won't manage to get enough to eat and I'm so busy I forget that I'm supposed to! I'm going to keep my office stocked with quick grab foods that fit the diet. If anyone has ideas for good snacks or quick meal ideas I'd love to hear them.

I slipped up some with all the excitement of Christmas and New Years eve, mainly with alcohol. But again during tax season I don't even get to go out much so there should be no slow up due to that. It's been really exciting to put on clothes and have them fall off! I also FINALLY got the part needed to fix the treadmill so hopefully that will get everything working. It's getting put together this weekend and then I'll be going hardcore diet and exercise. I can't wait to see if it will speed up the inches coming off! Hope everyone had an excellent holiday and is starting off well in the New Year. Happy dieting!
