Its hard to come off the high of eating so many goodies and then going straight into eating clean.
I feel like I am coming out of a fog.
I had lost 9 pounds in 2 months, I was so proud of myself.
Then the holidays came.
I regained 8 of the pounds in less than 1 month. How is that even possible???
Oh well...
I can do this.

2055 kcal Fat: 73.70g | Prot: 95.12g | Carb: 257.85g.   Breakfast: Hard-Boiled Egg, Redpath Brown Sugar, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Coffee (Instant Powder). Lunch: Sea Salt, Compliments Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dole Chopped Romaine Lettuce, Unico Solid Light Tuna. Dinner: Tropicana Orange Juice, Basmati Rice (Cooked), High Liner Roasted Garlic and Herb Cod. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Cookie, Beatrice 2% Milk, Water, Water, Hostess Hickory Sticks, Honeycrisp Apples, Water, Lime. more...
