I've been eating my way around the world - 2 1/2 weeks in China and Singapore, 10 days in Flanders and the Netherlands, 8 days in Seattle. In each place, I visited my favorite restaurants and gorged on local delicacies - pan-fried dumplings in Shanghai, duck in Beijing, hawker stalls in Singapore, fries in Amsterdam, stewed beef in Antwerp, teriyaki and fried clams in Seattle. I still have trips to Vegas, Atlanta, and Chicago in the next three weeks where I expect to continue to overindulge.
I've packed on 17 lb in 2 months. I expect to gain a few more pounds in my upcoming trips, but I'll work on getting back to c. 190 lb again by the end of March.
