I gained 11 points in a 17-day trip to Shanghai, Beijing, and Singapore. Ate like a king (as in Henry VIII) - soup dumplings (xialong bao and shengjian bao) and noodles in Shanghai, higher-end fare in Beijing, and curries, pepper crab, and desserts (mmm, durian) in Singapore. I'm hoping my weight will drop again fairly easily so I can eat wantonly again in Belgium and Seattle next month.
