The last 3 months I have been attending a bootcamp four mornings a week. During that time, I have lost some inches, gained a good amount of muscle, but lost NO weight. I have to take the next 3 months off due to a busy spring semester. I am a high school teacher, attending graduate school with two active children and a husband whose job keeps us on the go. It is time I get my diet back in gear. Hoping between the 10 miles per week challenge and healthy eating, I can lose weight.
I hope to be down 30 pounds by May 1st. Planning a girls weekend with my college dormmates and want to be proud of what I can do. Also, get to go on the senior trip this year and we go to a water park in late May. How scary is that!!!
