Sunday 1-10-10 On Atkins one week - have lost 4 lbs. feeling good about that - have not taken body measurments yet - will try that tomorrow - fingers crossed for results as good as the weight.
Weather is getting warmer - up to 23 today - End of week snow will be melting - This is a very good thing.
