Well I broke through my plateau and I am sticking with phase 1 for a bit. I did have ground meat last night but I needed groceries. I had it with brussel sprouts mushrooms and onions in foil on the grill. It was pretty good. Hope everyone is having sucess in what they are trying to accomplish. Well I am off to make sweet potato wedges. Happy smashing everyone.

Way to go for breaking through the plateau. I gave myself 14 days on phase 1 & it paid off big time. Just say disciplined & keep on exercising. Also if you haven't yet take measurements of your chest, left & right upper arm, waist, hips, & left & right thigh. Because sometimes you won't lose weight but you will lose inches. Take your measurements every week or every 2 weeks. Dr. Ian talk about that. I wish you the best of luck. You are doing a great job.
