Using the Food Journal is really working. It helps me to see what I'm eating. Now when I am eating, I ask myself "Why are you eating this?". Do I need it or do I want it? Why do I want it? I'm having an entire conversation in my head about what I am doing..
In most cases.
Sometimes I eat without thinking.
But for the most part, this is a vast improvement.
