Got back on the bandwagon after a few days of feeling tired and over-stressed. In spite of the setback, still managed a decent weight loss.
Can't help but wonder if it could have been more if I'd stuck with it...
I guess there's no point in looking back. Just keep going forward...

With the increased fibre and water intake, the BM's have been something else!!.. I can't help but feel like that was part of the problem... Maybe TMI, but its all part of the journey.

Evenings are really hard... When the kids go to bed, I really REALLY want to raid the fridge... Lately I've been combating that by painting my nails.. I've got the nicest nails in the city at this rate...

Ladies.. As you've lost the weight, does the skin around your tummy tighten up? I am concerned that the baby tummy will just become loose skin (my youngest child is going on 4 years now).
