Nothing is changing, I just don't know what to do, to get it moving again
174.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have to go back to basics every week. I usually end up adding fruit and veggies, increasing how much water I drink, and adding exercise. Good luck! Today is the start of the rest of your life!

I track all food. it helps me to be able to look back and see what worked, what didn't, and where I might need to tweak...

it took me about 5 days of very hard work -egzersizing 2 and a half hours at the gym + drinking 2/3 of my weight worthed water, ad eating at least 500 calories less than what i am supose to consume- to see any change. do not give up , it will happen . drink plenty of water !
