Chili's dinner was yummy. I had them take the cheese, corn relish and Pico off so I'm hoping that made it healthier than what's listed on her. Yummy salad. Yay!! Heres the link with the protein powder. it's the Carmel Toffee Fudge which is great!!

but you definitely did good by eliminating the cheese, not sure about corn relish either, not sure how it is made. Do you like y our protein powder?

I'm mostly not a fan of Pico so I figure might as well eliminate that calories for something I don't like much. Wasn't sure about the corn relish either but I'm trying to limit spicy stuff as spicy stuff can make you bloated and its got lots of sugar too.
I love my protein shake its not the exact one listed here, its a chocolate toffee and its sooo good in milk. I can give u the link if you want it.

thanks! and yeah If you don't like something, just cut it! Less calories is less calories. I love guacamole and it does have good fats, but I have to be easy with it so I eat half there and half leftover for the next day. It is a delicious treat EVERY NOW AND THEN!
