2339 kcal Fat: 41.45g | Prot: 104.67g | Carb: 383.29g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Light Smooth Peanut Butter, 1% Partly Skimmed Milk, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken. Dinner: salad roll, Vermicelli bowl with grilled chicke pork and beef shrimp and spring roll added 1 cup of noodles to componsate for balance of food values. Snacks/Other: Chewy Bars Peanut Butter Chocolate 1700. more...
