I am a 5 time weight watcher drop out. And it also seems as if I have no will-power. More than anything I'd like someone to say,"Hey! Move your butt!" to me daily. I can't imagine it would be that difficult if I would just *try* and make healthy living a priority...but I don't.

It is difficult. Making changes is hard. So "Move your butt" ..lol..and get going. You can do it.

Yep, don't give up. God with gives us the strenght. It is there so grab it.
