Happy Saturday, my Best Buddies!
I had a great surprise this morning as I cleaned out our front closet. I had FIVE coats and jackets that were absolutely huge on me - too huge to ever again wear. Where I live the weather is a factor, so we have coats of all types for many temperatures. ALL five of those coats will go to Goodwill. Here is a photo of my new coat in a size that perfectly fits!

Love it!!! It's a nice feeling to find that things are too big! I still have one too big nice coat hanging in my closet as I want to give it to someone who could use it and not take to the Salvation Army. I still wore it a few times last year as it is so dang warm.

Ahhh - thanks Lady! The photo is a stock photo. I actually bought the Large so it would fit loose around my butt and I could put an extra layer inside if necessary!

Congrats. I just did the same thing, only found several work suits that are still a size too small. Try donating to your local women's shelter before heading to Goodwill. It might make the difference in someone's life right away, instead of down the line.

I have given much to a women's shelter here and have taken much to the Salvation Army where some of the donations either go directly to their women's shelter or are used to support it. Goodwill here is considered a "for profit" business and they often sell the donations to for profit thrift shops.
