Did not eat what is in my food journal today. My daughter has a recipient for energy bites. We madec31 servings. Per serving 10.6 carbs, of course protein fiber etc. We are going on vacation to mountains and I wanted something to sustain but yet good for me. Plan on making fat bombs, taking beef summer sausage etc. Trying to stay somewhat on plan but yet enjoy ourselves. Realistically I know I will eat somewhat off plan but I also know that I can take it off again.
