Diet has been going reasonably well. I had a few sample Atkins bars. I don't think I'm a fan of them. They say the net carb count is low but with further reading some people respond to the sugar alcohols in them the same way they do to regular sugar. I think I may be one of those people because I feel like eating them increased my appetite and changed the way my body feels. No more of those! I made my first muffin in a minute last night. Amazing! The flax seed was easy to grind up and it was so easy throwing everything together into a coffee cup. One minute later deliciousness! I would highly recommend to all Atkins dieters to make the most of them. Afterwards I was super full as well. I can't wait to make some of the variations. My new treadmill came on Tuesday and I set it up yesterday. Everything went together easily and it came on.. but the motor won't run. So I can use all the fancy technology but not actually walk or run on the damn things. Grr. So hopefully when we call the company they can get it all straightened out quickly. I want to start running again!

I like some of the Atkins bars and don't have a problem losing with them. They are good when your in pinch and need something.
