I just keep on keepin on with the exercise and good food choices. I don't remember the last time I had an alcoholic drink...but I know that I haven't had ANY in September and don't plan on having any, any time soon! I see the changes in my bod, clothes are starting to fit again. I have lost over 10 solid lbs! Yey me!
