I stopped logging everything I eat, even though tried following my own same diet, I've kept a calories deficit of 2200 in average and still with the same weight. I think I am already eating way less food than what I used too and still the same. Should I even lower my food intake or should I increase the exercise? would both lead to the same calories deficit? what should I do?

Jajaja, is just a problem of translation, in my language we speak that way and we understand each other... English is a second language for me.
I meant: I kept following my own diet (eating low carb, always less calories than I was used to) and I am sure I am already eating way less food than before.

I would still weigh and log all my food. Maybe activity log is over-estimated so not quite the deficit you think?

Hola! Tome una vista a tu diario de comida, cuando lo estabas siguiendo, y quisiera saber lo que tu consideras 'bajo carbohidrato'. Para perder peso, hay que consumir menos de 20 gramos de carbo por dia. Por lo menos al comienzo. Busca 'dieta cetogenica' para aprender mas. Ademas, hay que cortar todos granos ys azucar, completamente. Buena suerte!

Hola mskestrela! gracias por tus comentarios. Hice la dieta de bajos carbs...lo tuve de 15 a 20 por alrededor de tres semanas. Será que tengo que llevarla más tiempo?
