Thank you, Hysterectomy! Starting from scratch after going into medical menopause as well as stress eating after being diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome. The good news is no cancer yet! Due to my increased cancer risks, though, I need to take care of my health now more than ever. That means getting to a healthy weight and eating real food. I do want to cut my carbs cause I know that helps. But I'm not going on any fake food diet again cause I can't risk it.
