Friday 9/9 - Swimming, swimming and more swimming. Climbing out of the creeks which always gives my low back upper back of legs a workout.
Sat. 9/10 - Walking around the Trail of Tears pow wow. Knee was hurting after.
Sun 9/11 - Dragging tree cut tree limbs and remaining branches to front yard. Mowed about a third of my yard.
