since middle of August i have been reducing my intake to less than half of what i used to have in a day. then by the end of September i realized that with the office work, it is mainly a sedentary routine for me everyday and so i started to walk moderately fast on my way home whith a distance of approximately two kilometers. at first i would walk that distance in 45min, then 30 min and now, i could do less time.
when the distance seems not to be enough, i started to walk an extra distance. i am walking home the lesser time possible and then change into my jogging pants and shoes and go to the long Corniche park. i walk an extra 4km upto the middle of Corniche from my place and back in 1hour and 30 minutes now. that would make it a total of 10km per day. then i maintain my diet still and i watch the food i eat.
