Haven't put my weight in yet but it was up by 4/10's. No biggie in the grand scheme of things but I joined my first challenge last night. The Green Arrow down. So I am waiting to go and see what then. I messed up yesterday by going to Qdoba's. I hit my macros on my fat but was high in my carbs. I get double portion of meat and I had shredded beef. 12 g of carbs. I want to know where from. So do I have water gain? I knew the downward trend would not last but I thought I would at least stay even. I am not upset but trying to figure this all out. Going out to eat is a given. I thought I had made good decisions but the carb count in the beef threw me. I knew the shredded pork had a lot. OK, on to keeping on.
