Thanks.....I'm counting calories. I've been on and off for years. If I stick to it...it works. It doesn't matter what I eat,but I've learned how bad junk food is(calorie wise). Not good to eat 4 candy bars,and starve the rest of the day. Peanut buster parfait. 800 calorie😥
