It's time to believe in my self and trust the process. It is the first day of my 12 week challenge. My weight is all over the place due to a cold I have. I will not use this as an excuse. I will enjoy the benefit of a decreased appetite, but I need to feed my body healthy choices so it can heal me.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Being sick is a grea way to start and I hope that you can keep it up. I have had an intestinal bug for 5 days now and I am down 5 pounds. I am staying hydrated but the appetite is just not there. Water actually tastes good and I usually don't like water.
