Whew! Scale looked much better today! Amazing how one really good day can make up for a really bad one. The scale is even a little lower than the day before. I feel worlds better. Also went shopping last night and got lots of food. The cabinets were definitely bare. Now I'm more than prepared.

Today is absolutely rainy and miserable. I'm really not wanting to go to the gym and just get home, but I really should go. I can always do a workout at home. I have a treadmill, bike, and tons of videos. Beachbody.com must love me. I know one I get there I'll be okay, it's just the getting there that's the hard thing.

I'm getting the swing of this site a little more. Just takes a little getting used to. Hoping to have more friends added. I really love the support, advice, and encouragement this site provides.

I use to feel that way about getting to the gym too. It was hard for me to make myself go after work but once I got there I was ok. I found that the more use to this new life style I got the more it was a habit and heading straight home wasn't really a thought I'd consider anymore, unless it was an off day or I had worked out that morning. Just keep it to one day at a time and you will get use to it too. You'll be in that dress in no time.
