Well, did something stupid over the weekend. Saturday, I binged a bit on Edy's Slow Churned Butter Pecan Ice Cream, then had some Passion Fruite Sorbet, had a few vegi chips, then an apple. All good but went overboard. Then went out to Houlihan's on Sunday after church with a friend and had at least 5 buffalo wings, potato wedges with cheese and bacon bits and too greasy vegi burger on a white burger bun because they did not have whole wheat or multi-grain buns. All bad. All this to say, I busted my good eating habits and gained back a pound. Back up to 138 now. Have to get myself back on track now. Have to be more disciplined. Well, back to working on getting my weight back down.
