I have 99 days until my "mommy makeover" surgery- the doctor said I should try to lose some weight before surgery for best results - so here I am on this journey once again , my biggest problem and downfall is trying to make this a lifestyle and not just a "diet" I've had 3 kids and 3 c sections and will the constant gain and loss of weight I have a "hanging stomach" I'm ready for this new journey ahead of me and ready to live again- my babies are the joy of my life but I'm ready to focus on getting some self confidence and self esteem back !!! One day at a time one step at a time!!! It's a forever journey
