It can't be carb free since most protein shakes have carbs in them. Best thing to do is enter all food you eat today in your food diary so you can see how much carbs you actually consume and try to keep it under 30g of carbs.

LOL... then that is really silly. it says you must have the shake and eat carb free meals / protein snacks through the day. I will definitely enter all my foods I ate for today. the other thing is I breast feed. they said it is safe to do this while breast feeding

Low carb eating without any Herbalife products will still give you results. Many of these companies try to make consumers think that its their shake or product that gives them results. Does the shake not state how many carbs per serving? I'm sure the ladies here can advise with regards to losing weight/fat whilst breastfeeding. It's way out of my league. lol

Lol, BBO - outa advice ;-) Breastfeeding and protein = for healthy weightloss. As long as you don't go Phedracut and that sort of thing. But herbalife is always safe in that regard. Just read the lable. It should say. And ya, I agree with BBO on protein snacks and shakes and bars: all of them contain carbs. In life u'll find is super hard to cut out all carbs. It's prabably just a low carb eating plan. Enjoy and get loads of sleep (if u can!!)
