Seems like I am getting down to stubborn fat now.

Upped my weightlifting program so it is taking me about 2 hours now, and still holding my caloric intake to no more than 2520 kcal. Actually holding down slightly below to account for any errors in serving size or nutritional data.

Macros still holding as close to 50P, 30F, and 20C, with about 80% of carbs taken prior to workouts.

Staying the course!

Total weights lifted: 49,398 pounds. Getting closer to my old numbers! :)
258.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
