Today has been fantastic.

The 1st day of our Lifestyle Change. I woke up... got on that Wii Fit scale, expecting a tremendous weight gain, considering the total disregard to health we had in October. We ate too much fast food, we drank entirely too much at parties, it was just a bad deal...

What does the Wii Fit say?, you ask... -4.9lbs! Since my last weigh in I lost almost 5lbs. That in it's self was motivation.

I have a positive attitude starting this change. I want this for myself, I have always been overweight... I would love to get to a size that I haven't been since elementary school (sad, I know). I want this for my husband, and our marriage. My husband has never seen me in the way I want to look. I want the results to be jaw dropping. I want this for our family, I know that being slimmer and healthier will help my Husband and I conceive Baby #1!!!

Just looking at today's food entries, I am proud. Even with the slip up at Subway. Normally I would be ALL OVER the Turkey, Ham, and Bacon... FOOTLONG, complete with Chips and a LARGE soda... NOT TODAY. I had a 6" Veggie Delight on Wheat Bread, no Cheese, and only mustard, with no sides, and Water to drink. AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!

Please give me your weight loss vibes Ladies and Gentlemen, and GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
