I almost had McDonalds yesterday. I was so close. Hubby had the money in hand. I was thinking about the 2 McDoubles and Med Fry, and how delicious they would taste. I entered them in my Fat Secret calorie calendar, and saw just how much I would be going over my RDI. I didn't care. All I cared about was having that greasy goodness. Then I thought about the promise I made to myself, to get healthy. I told my hubby nevermind! I opted for Lean Cuisine Lasagna and a small salad instead. It was amazing, the control I didn't believe I had.
