Exercised today for forty minutes run four miles then on exercise bike ten minutes I also walked the dogs for ten min's

Safe travels to turkey Gavin. Have fun with all the fun equipment! My equipment is taking over my livingroom, so I make sure I use it to make it worth it ya know lol. Good job on the sugar out of your coffee. That was a good move. So when u fasted for Ramadan it's only for 16 hrs a day?

Good for you! I strained my knee and have to wait for it to heal. I wish I could work out. It really helps with weight loss and fat loss.
