Another really good night and I am feeling great this morning.
Yesterday I ate like a pig, twice my RDI, and this morning the scales show I am up another pound. Back to 200+. The main problem is I am eating way too much Carbs. Yesterday I started with a huge bowl of All Bran. Tons of Fibre but even more Carbs. Problem was, I was starving before lunch time and the beans on toast I had then was just another load of Carbs.
Today I am going to try and cut the Carbs and load up with Fat. That way I should feel much more satiated. I am also going to get back onto a strict 16:8, only eating between 09:00 and 17:00.

Good luck, Jocko! It's funny how little carbs fill you up, isn't it? I can't seem to cut right back on mine, but I am making progress with reducing my net carbs and feel much better on a higher fat diet. Have a good day :)

Best of luck, Jocko. It's hard to change your eating habits and while you've been recovering eating anything at all had to be your priority so in someways you probably feel like you're back to square one. It's good that you're feeling well though so now you can concentrate on changing your diet again to work towards losing weight. You'll get there, you have that determination!. Take care, my friend.

Sending you lots of good luck Jocko- seems we tend to revert to our comfort foods which for me are/were carbs when we are feeling bad, but I know you can get back on track and once you do you will feel better - You Got This!!
